By using this website or booking a service with Hoffman's Mobile Detailing, you agree to these terms. "We," "Sam," and "Hoffman's" all refer to Hoffman's Mobile Detailing, owned and operated by Sam Hoffman in Clarksville, TN.
All prices shown on this site are starting prices. Your final price depends on your vehicle's actual condition — size, level of dirt, pet hair, stains, oxidation, and any other factors that require additional time and labor.
The final price is always communicated and confirmed with you before any work begins. You'll never be surprised by a bill. For the full pricing disclaimer, see the note on our Services page.
Appointments are scheduled through Calendly (once that feature is live) or directly with Sam by phone or text. Confirmation of your appointment is at Sam's discretion based on availability.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact Sam as early as possible — he appreciates the heads-up and will do his best to find a time that works. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are handled directly and reasonably on a case-by-case basis.

Detailing results vary by vehicle condition, age, paint type, and the nature of contaminants or damage present. Sam will apply the appropriate techniques and products for your vehicle's specific situation, and will communicate honestly if a desired result isn't achievable.
We don't make guarantees beyond what a professional mobile detailing service can reasonably deliver. If you're unhappy with the result of any service, contact Sam directly — he'll make it right wherever possible.
In the unlikely event of damage directly caused by our work, our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We take every precaution with your vehicle, but we cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing damage, paint defects, or issues that were not caused by our work.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
